Shipping time depends on product availability and delivery destination. For our hats, shipping can take anywhere from 4-15 business days.

Usually, it takes 3–7 days to fulfill an order, after which it’s shipped out.

14-Day Returns

Since we work with an embroidery team, we are able to offer free replacements if items come damaged. In order to request a replacement, send photos to returns@shroomhats.com Please allow 2-4 business days for a response. If your replacement is approved, we will ship you a replacement at no additional cost.
